Sign-in codes by text message
Attadale Partners operates the DCFS Prepaid Card Portal for the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services. Staff who use the portal sign in with a password and a one-time code sent by text message to their mobile phone.
How staff agree to receive the texts
Each person's mobile number is supplied by their employer, DCFS. The first time they sign in, the portal shows the last four digits of the number on file and asks them to tick a box beside the statement below, then press Continue. The box is never ticked in advance, and no code is sent until they do. That page is inside the portal, so only signed-in staff see it; this page describes it.
I agree to receive sign-in codes by text message from the DCFS Prepaid Card Portal, operated by Attadale Partners. One message each time I sign in. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop. My number is used only for sign-in codes.
